Noyan’s Deli & Turkish Street Food brings the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean straight to our market. Specializing in authentic Turkish street eats, Noyan’s offers everything from freshly made gözleme, traditional hand-rolled flatbreads, to flavour-packed meze and dips.
Cakes By Holly
Delicious meets beautiful with Holly’s handcrafted cakes and sweet treats. Each creation is packed with rich, well-balanced flavours and finished with stunning presentation that makes them almost too pretty to eat (almost!).

Paella Pan brings the vibrant, rich flavours of Catalonia straight to Parnell.
Maison des Lys
Maison des Lys brings the magic of French patisserie to the market with a twist. As New Zealand’s first fully plant-based French bakery, owner and self-taught pastry chef Drissilla is on a mission to prove that you can have beautifully flaky, buttery pastries without any animal products and without compromising on taste.
Come in and pick up a bit of this and a bit of that - some luscious sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh bread, delicious cheeses, a jar of homemade sauce, whatever looks good that day. Afterwards, grab a glass of wine from the Marble Bar, some paella from a stall, cured meat from another, and bring it all together for a tapas-style feast with your friends or family. Big communal tables, shared food, great conversation - all the best things in life.

Kevin’s passion is to bring together a blend of genuine European and Latin cuisine creators to create simple, traditional, tasty dishes using fresh locally-sourced ingredients. Vendors will serve up tapa-sized dishes from their culture of orgin to share in open spaces at tables that invite connection, conversation, sharing and a sense of community.
