Inspired by her childhood in France, where daily bakery visits were a way of life, Drissilla began recreating classic French treats in her New Zealand kitchen after going vegan. What started as a personal passion quickly grew into something more and in 2020, Maison des Lys was born.
Using traditional French techniques, high-quality local ingredients, and a whole lot of love, Drissilla crafts everything by hand from soft, delicate croissants to rich, flavourful pastries that transport you straight to a Parisian boulangerie.
