Carolina Noble, born near the Amazon river in Peru, brings the bold, vibrant flavours of her homeland to Auckland at 269.
After moving to New Zealand, Carolina began recreating the tastes of her childhood by experimenting with local ingredients and discovered the unique Rocoto chili, native to Peru. This led to the creation of her authentic Peruvian chili sauce, which quickly became a favourite among friends, family, and fellow market-goers.
