Paula Cubillos was born in Colombia but came to New Zealand in 2019, where she’s worked in hospitality ever since. (most recently for Peter Gordon at Homeland)
“I came to New Zealand five years ago because it sounded like a peaceful island, so different from the busy crowded life I was used to back home – and I just fell in love with it. I can’t wait to be able to introduce my culture to more New Zealanders at 269, and learn from them every day too. I love working in hospitality as every day is unique and brings different ideas, culture, people and stories together.”
